Chapter 29:
When Kennedy looked up, he could see his chest. He became serious.
Was it intentional?
But she looked innocent, picked up the perfume and walked over to him. She seemed to have no intention.
No intention?
Kennedy suddenly reacted. This woman married into the Moore Family by all means. How could she be innocent? Kennedy’s eyes turned cold, and he said, “You want to seduce me?”
Charlotte looked up in confusion.
“What?”
Kennedy looked away and his eyes landed on her chest.

Her dress attracted less attention in the crowd.
Charlotte had never attended such a banquet. So she didn’t know where to look for Mr. Gerald. She could only find a place to sit and pulled out her phone to look for information about him.
Just because she couldn’t find him now didn’t mean she wouldn’t run into him later.
So Charlotte took the opportunity to get information about Mr. Gerald. If she ran into him later, she could hit on what he liked.
Charlotte sat down with her phone and looked at it seriously, oblivious to the situation around her.
After the music played, Charlotte came back to her senses. After looking at her phone, she realized she was in the middle of the party.
Charlotte picked up the cocktail in front of her and drank. Then, she stood up and looked around, not seeing Kennedy.

He was speaking on behalf of the men who started with nothing.

Although the Carter Group was not as good as the Moore Group, in B-town, it was also famous.
Gerald was a man who had just turned 30. He was single and a bit dissolute. He always liked to fool around with young girls and then dump them after sleeping with them. He also liked to drink, play golf and chess. And, above all, he liked to listen to music.
This was embarrassing.
Charlotte had intended to get right what Gerald liked. But she discovered that she wasn’t good at anything he liked.
She wasn’t sure she could make any profit when she met Gerald as an assistant to the president of the Moore Group.
Thinking about this, Charlotte raised her glass and decided to toast Gerald.
Charlotte slowly avoided the others and made her way to where Gerald was at the moment. But she found that he was holding a woman in a blue dress to the outside.
Charlotte had to catch up with him quickly.
When she followed them out of the banquet hall and reached a small garden, Charlotte finally saw Gerald again.
As Charlotte was about to go upstairs to talk to Gerald, he suddenly embraced the woman in his arms, lowered his head and kissed her.
“Emm… Mr. Gerald. You…”
The woman in his arms let out a cry of victory. Gerald laughed. His hands went around her back. He zipped up her skirt and slipped his hands into her clothes. The woman’s voice grew more charming.
Charlotte hadn’t expected to see such a scene. She thought inwardly that the rumor was true. Then, she blushed and looked away.
She was afraid that others would see her. But it was not appropriate to go out at that time. So she could only hide behind the tree and wait for Gerald. While waiting, Charlotte felt bored and drank the wine.
After a long wait, Charlotte had finished the wine in the glass, but the two were not finished.
Charlotte appeared to be calm. But the pink color of her face showed her inner embarrassment. She waited for a while and then the two finished hurriedly.
“Mr. Gerald, you must come to see me tomorrow night. I’ll leave first now.”

The woman teased him reluctantly for a while before leaving.

When Charlotte saw Kennedy, she unconsciously opened her eyes.
