In the living room, Diana leaned weakly on the pillow by her waist, feeling guilty.

“Yes!” Diana nodded, “I don’t want to see her. Megan, ask her to leave.”
It didn’t matter whether Charlotte and Zain had met before or not, ultimately, she couldn’t risk it now. If they hadn’t met, her move would make sense, and she would never let them meet.
If they had met, she had no regrets.
Diana moved suddenly. Seeing that, Zain frowned. Yesterday Charlotte had treated Diana like a sister and had worried about her, distracted even when she left, but Diana maintained a different attitude.

Charlotte at the door clearly heard Diana’s words. Megan looked back at her.
“Miss Wilson… Miss Diana…”

With that, Charlotte, oblivious to Megan’s reaction, turned and left.
With a separate door, both parties could hear the other’s conversation.
Diana was relieved to hear that she was leaving, which showed on her face. When she was relieved, she realized that Zain was staring at her, questioning her.
She became nervous and said, “Brother, I just don’t want to see her now, I…”
“You don’t need to explain.” Zain stood up with a hand in his pocket, “I’m not interested in your girl’s contradiction, but…” he continued in a moment, “She was the one who brought you to the hospital, don’t you want to thank her?”
Diana turned pale in the face, “Brother, I…” Zain turned and walked away.

Diana screamed and was going to jump out of bed to chase him, but Zain moved fast, soon he was out of the room. He said to Megan, “Keep an eye on her. Don’t let her get away.”
“Yes, Mr. Nelson.” Megan walked over and closed the door, while Diana still wanted to run after.
“Miss Diana, Mr. Nelson said you are in bad condition, you better lie down on the bed.”
“No, my brother misunderstood me, I have to explain!” Diana pushed Megan hard, but she was too weak and sat back down on the bed.
Megan sighed and explained, “You know Mr. Nelson. If you run after him, he’ll be angry.”
Hearing that, Diana realized it was the truth. If she ran out, he would be angry.

Diana bit her lips and something came to her mind, “Megan, did Charlotte know my brother?”
“Why would you ask that?” Megan was confused.
“I mean, how did she know he was in the hospital, did Charlotte tell her?”
Megan shook her head, “You tried to kill yourself, of course she would tell us. You’re friends, but critical things need to be told to family, are you mad at her because your brother knew and that’s why you refused to see her?”
Hearing that, Diana made a pale face, “I don’t want my brother to worry about me.”
“Miss Diana, you attempted suicide, so I don’t think it’s a problem for your brother to worry about you.”
“I made a mistake; I mean I don’t want my brother to know.” Diana said angrily and looked at Megan, “What’s wrong with you, why are you going against me, do you have a good relationship with Charlotte?”
Megan, “…”
She smiled, “No, Miss Diana, we contacted because of work, we are not related.”
She felt strange because after attempting suicide, Diana didn’t sound like she wanted to die but said strange words, which confused her.
But she couldn’t figure out why.
However, she was curious about her state of mind.
