Crazy for her – Chapter 251

Crazy for her - Chapter 251

Chapter 251:.

“Stop!” Kennedy stopped her. Diana stayed in situ, not looking back.

Kennedy’s cold voice came from behind her, “Don’t tell her anything!”

Diana scoffed her heart out. Charlotte already knew, but said nothing. She looked back at Kennedy, “Okay, don’t worry, I won’t tell her.”

Kennedy didn’t want to talk to her anymore. She looked coldly at Nathan, “Come on.”

Nathan stepped forward to push Kennedy’s wheelchair. When they were ready to leave, Diana suddenly said, “Have you ever thought that the truth will come out someday? If Charlotte finds out, what will you do?”.

At this talk, Diana covered her belly, bit her lip and said, “I’m pregnant with your child.”

Hearing that, Kennedy narrowed his eyes, “What did you say?”.

Diana heard her heart beating very fast. Yes, she was lying, but Kennedy cared about Charlotte if she really wanted to give her that pair of earrings. She just didn’t realize it.

She had to keep them from being together.

Kennedy was the man she liked. Since she had taken the first step, she would finish all the steps. No one, not even Charlotte, could take her man away from her.

Nathan was surprised to hear that – Diana was pregnant, wouldn’t that be a real disaster? Diana walked over and stood in front of Kennedy.

“If you don’t believe me, we can go to the hospital right now for tests. Or, if you think this child’s existence is meaningless, I can abort it and I won’t let you be in a dilemma with Charlotte.”

Nathan, “Mr. Kennedy…”

Kennedy lifted his head, looked at her and pressed his lips tightly together, “Before I find out the truth, stay here.”

“Come on.”

Nathan pushed Kennedy out of the villa in a complex mood. Diana was pregnant with Kennedy’s child, while Charlotte was pregnant with another man’s child. What would a normal man choose?

But deep in his heart he hoped Charlotte would be the one.

He felt Diana was not a good woman.

“What do you think, Mr. Kennedy, should I send someone to check if she told the truth?”

“Check.” Kennedy said in a cold voice, “She was right about the place and time, it was all too accurate.

It was too normal, making it abnormal.

“Miss Moore…”

“Don’t let her find out.”

“No, I mean, what if it turns out to be true? Diana is a friend of Miss Moore’s. If…… comes out, she’d be hurt.”

Kennedy, of course, knew that, which is why she wanted to keep it from Charlotte.

But she didn’t need to find out if Diana was telling the truth Was she lying?

When Charlotte left the milk tea store, she walked down the gravel road. Since it was near the school, there were many students coming and going in groups, talking and laughing.

She thought back to the past with Diana in college. They were best friends. Because Diana had a poor family, many classmates excluded her. In addition, she was not a good communicator, so she offended many people.

On one occasion, a classmate beat her to within an inch of her life and Charlotte helped her.

After that, Diana would introduce herself to her, trying to make a good impression. Then they became good friends and often went to school together.

They talked about many things. One day the Nelson Family appeared and she became Miss Nelson.

However, the relationship between them did not change, and Diana behaved better with her.

She shared good things with her and helped her when she had problems.

She never regretted that they had become good friends, but for the first time,

Charlotte felt that the heavens had played a great joke on her by falling in love with the same man.

Diana liked her husband, and they loved each other.

What could she say, what could she complain about?

Could she separate them since they loved each other?

Therefore, she did not blame Diana.

However, she would not forgive her and they could not be as good friends as before.

After all, she was not a generous woman…..

Thinking about this, Charlotte paused, looking at the man who was not far away.

The man in the white shirt was tall and slender, the sun refracted off him, as if a layer of warm white light had fallen on his body, softening him completely.

It was Manfred again.

He stood before her again and again.

Charlotte looked into his soft, pampered eyes. She burst into tears and looked up at him with reddened eyes.

Manfred froze and then turned to her.

“All settled?”

His voice was soft, like that of a caring elder. At that moment, Charlotte felt she needed a shoulder to lean on, but…after all, Manfred was Kennedy’s brother.

With this thought clear in her mind, Charlotte pursed her lips and turned to walk away.

As weak as she was, she didn’t need to lean on anyone’s shoulders.

Aldrich, Kennedy…

She didn’t deserve the love of those men.

Manfred grabbed her wrist and stopped her walk.

“Are you always going to run away?”

Charlotte was stunned and then struggled, but Manfred drew her into his arms.

“Has he come to see you these two days? If he’d cared about you, he wouldn’t have left you so unattended.”

His words pierced her heart like a needle. She pushed him away forcefully. “It’s none of your business.”

“I don’t mean to pry into your business, but who cares about you besides me?

Charlotte, can you look at me again? I’m the one who has always stood behind you, the one who has poured his heart out to you, the one who truly loves you. Can you love me instead of him?”

Hearing this, Charlotte turned around amused, “You seem to think feelings come and go quickly. Can feelings be transferred so easily? Do you think I want him to like me? If I could, I’d rather not have married him!”

In a dark room, Charlotte was lying alone in a large, soft bed, barely covered by the comforter. Tonight was her wedding night with the second young master of the Moore family. However, there was no wedding and no banquet; there was only the back of a middle-aged man in a wheelchair and his rude words: “Clean her up and send her to my bed. I want to inspect her. Inspect her… For him, she was just a commodity for his mutually beneficial exchange. Suddenly, the door opened and Charlotte’s whole body tensed as she gripped the bedspread tightly. There were even rumors that he had tormented his five ex-wives to death. As a result, no one in town, not even those with the Moore family’s wealth in mind, dared to marry their daughters to him. However, the Wilson family was an exception. The Wilson family was in dire financial straits because their company’s source of capital had been cut off and they were on the verge of bankruptcy. The father’s decision to borrow money from loan sharks at high interest rates plunged the company and the Wilson family into a major crisis. Debt collectors appeared one after the other and threatened to kill them. It was then that their savior appeared: the Moore family. Embarrassed by her father’s pleas, Charlotte stepped into her sister’s shoes to marry the terrible Second Young Master of the Moore Family.
