A Demonial Destiny: The Alpha Triplets - Chapter 351

Chapter 351:

“If someone had told me you would come back, I wouldn’t have believed it. But look at this. What a miracle.”

Her hands wouldn’t stop running over me, as if trying to confirm that I was real.

“Stefan, look, our daughter is back!” she announced to my father, who appeared stunned.

“What is this?” I heard his voice booming across the room, followed by the heavy sound of his footsteps.

Since I’d known him, I’d never seen him move so fast. “Goddess, she’s real!” He exclaimed, lifting me up as if I were weightless before spinning me around.

By the time my feet hit the floor, I clung to him for support, nearly losing my balance from the dizziness.

“This is a miracle.”

Without saying another word, he enveloped me in a bear hug. I practically disappeared into his body as his massive frame enveloped me.

“I missed you. Your mother and I never forgot about you,” he whispered against my ear, gently patting my back. I could tell by the sound of his voice that he was barely holding back his tears, just like my mother, but he kept himself together.

Men.

A smile crossed my face as I felt my mother’s arms wrapped around me and my father’s embrace. It was like a stolen part of me had been recovered, knowing I had a family that truly loved me. A sense of completeness washed over me, and for the first time in years, I felt at peace.

“Assemble everyone for a party at the pack house. My daughter is back!” my father’s voice rang out with excitement.

I decided to take a stroll in the evening, wandering along the quieter part of the pack house. The exclusive dining room where my father dined with high-ranking guests came into view, causing memories to hit me hard. It felt like yesterday.

I could picture the scene clearly in my mind, as it wouldn’t stop playing over and over. My fingers grazed my arm, and goosebumps spread across my skin. Familiar sparks ran down my spine as I remembered my first encounter with Damon.

His curious hazel eyes never left mine when I bumped into him, causing the drinks I was supposed to serve him to spill all over. I thought that my mistake would cost me my life, but instead of punishing me for staining his expensive shirt, he made a fool out of Nathalia for trying to ridicule me. A smile crossed my face before it quickly faded.

Speaking of Nathalia, Eve had told me that she committed suicide, unable to bear the shame of being reduced to a slave after impersonating me unknowingly as the Alpha’s daughter. Although I was angry at Nathalia for the cruel way she treated me, a part of me felt sad about her death. I wished I had been there to stop her from taking her own life.

Eve and I had spent yesterday tending to her grave, replacing the wilted flowers with fresh ones.

A sad sigh escaped me as I stood frozen in place. Memories flooded my mind, making me shake my head in regret.

This was the spot where Nathalia and I had fought after Damon left. She accused me of bewitching him because he wouldn’t even spare her a second glance, despite her countless attempts to get his attention. It didn’t take long before my Alpha powers awakened, and shocking secrets fell like a bombshell.

It felt just like yesterday.

A searing pain shot up from my shoulders to my back, where the tattoo lay. I could feel it shift slightly. It wasn’t a cause for alarm, as it was normal with the Alpha blood flowing through my veins.

Despite starting early, long before anyone else was awake, I had worked nonstop until the next day, with no breaks. Nathalia, the Alpha’s daughter, had been pleased to see me buried in work. She rejected anyone’s attempt to assist me and punished them severely—just like she always did. Her cruelty kept people away from me, their fear of her harsh punishments outweighing any sympathy they might have had.
