A Demonial Destiny: The Alpha Triplets - Chapter 182

Chapter 182:

I was certain that Rosa wasn’t lying this time. The bedroom scene with Aurora was enough evidence to make me believe her words. Aurora was definitely cheating.

If she weren’t, she wouldn’t have been carried away to moan Ray’s name instead of mine. It proved that I wasn’t the only man she had sex with. Ray must have been coming at night after I left. That bastard was sharing my property with me!

I wanted to rip him apart.

“Do you know when the next elopement will be?” I asked, running my hands through my dark hair in frustration.

I couldn’t wait to tear them both apart.

“Tomorrow, when you go to the meeting in the other pack. She’ll leave in the dead of the night. I would suggest that you stay back, but don’t tell her,” Rosa replied.

I nodded slowly, my mind racing with different thoughts.

For the first time, I found myself on Rosa’s side. Maybe she wasn’t as bad as I had originally thought. She only had my best interests at heart.

“Now that we’re on the same page, I want you to check in on her tomorrow morning. You told her you’d be gone by 5 a.m., but check on her by 7 a.m. in her room.”

“Because seeing is believing,” she continued. “If the picture hasn’t convinced you, a live movie will play right before your eyes. I’m sure that will be enough to convince you that Aurora is not who she claims to be.”

Silence fell between us as I sank into thought. Aurora was busted. She would be shocked to see that I knew all her hidden plans.

I wouldn’t hesitate to teach her a lesson she would never forget. I would make her pay for deceiving me. She would curse the day she met me.

Restlessness overtook me as my eyes remained glued to my wristwatch. I couldn’t think clearly. I couldn’t give orders as usual. It felt like I was a robot, programmed to perform the task of checking the time. I almost lost it when the minutes seemed to crawl. 7 a.m. felt like an impossible time to reach. My jaws clenched as anger built up inside me, causing heat to radiate off my body.

My body was tense, and in a matter of minutes, I was on the verge of losing control completely.

My actions didn’t go unnoticed by my workers, especially by Jasper. His raised brow and watchful eyes were clear signs of suspicion, but I refused to meet his gaze. I wasn’t ready for his endless questions.

Soon, beads of sweat began to gather on my forehead.

“You might need this, my King,” Jasper said, retrieving a white handkerchief from his breast pocket and placing it in my hand.

I forced a smile, taking it before looking away sharply.

I growled inwardly, scolding myself for revealing my emotions. Now, Jasper wouldn’t stop pestering me.

“Is everything alright?” His voice was surprisingly calm, filling me with confusion. Jasper was almost as ruthless as I was. How could he sound so caring?

“You can talk to me,” he added, placing his hand over mine, but I quickly pulled my hand away.

A demonial destiny the alpha triples – Sneak Peek Aurora I let out a weary sigh as my eyes met the enormous clock on the wall. It was past 1 a.m. Yesterday’s chores had been endless. Despite starting early, long before anyone else was awake, I had worked nonstop until the next day, with no breaks. Nathalia, the Alpha’s daughter, had been pleased to see me buried in work. She rejected anyone’s attempt to assist me and punished them severely—just like she always did. Her cruelty kept people away from me, their fear of her harsh punishments outweighing any sympathy they might have had.
